Install the software

Connect your phone via Nokia PC suite, MTN NIGERIA
--------------
Click on Vidalia setting > click on the Network tab, and select
"I use a proxy to access the Internet"
Address: 10.199.212.2
Port: 8080
Username: web
Password: web
Click OK and click Start Tor
Download Tor | Click here

Go to TOOLS >> OPTION >> ADVANCED >> NETWORK >> SETTINGS >> MANUAL SETTINGS!

Then Use this Settings!
HTTP PROXY: 127.0.0.1
PORT: 8118
HTTP PROXY: 127.0.0.1
PORT: 8118
NOTE: TOR Work best in MTN 3G Area.
