How 2 Add an Uninstall Option to Windows' Context Menu

 To uninstall a program on the desktop 
all u have to do is right click & select uninstall 


InStall AnDroid GingerBread On X8

STEPS To Install GingerBread On X8:


Step 1: Make a backup copy of your Android Eclair 2.1 using xRecovery
- check that your phone's SD Card has at least 650MB of free space
[SD card free space is to hold both your phone original backup ROM and the 2.3 ROM]
- shutdown your X8 and wait 5 seconds -> <reboot> your phone.
- when you see the words [Sony Ericsson] on the phone screen -> start pressing the back button on your phone multiple times and you will enter the xRecovery Menu.
- select <backup and restore><backup> from the menu

NOTE:
- This will create a backup file in your SD Card <SD/xRecovery/backup>
- After you have completed the backup using xRecovery, it will return to the menu screen.
- Now choose <reboot> - your X8 phone should restart


Step 2:  download ROM Gingerbread For X8 
copy the file Gingerbread(x8).zip into SD card
- <unmount> and shutdown your Xpedia X8


Step 3: Installing the 2.3.3 ROM on your Xpedia X8
- <boot> Xpedia X8
- when you see the words [Sony Ericsson] on the phone screen -> start pressing the back button on your phone multiple times and you will enter the xRecovery Menu.
- perform <factory reset (full wipe)>
- scroll down and hit <install custom zip>
- select Gingerbread x8.zip> from your SD card & hit <yes>
- xRecovery will start to install the 2.3.3 ROM on your phone.
- when it is done, xRecovey will go back to the startup menu

HOW TO UNLOCK SAMSUNG GALAXY PHONES

  1. The first step is to download SGS2 SIM Unlock Code Finder from Android Market on your phone. In case you aren’t located in US or this app doesn’t show up in searches, then use Market Enabler app to enable any US Market.
  2. Once you have downloaded the app, launch by tapping it from your homescreen. 
  3. Now simply tap on Find SIM unlock code button and wait for the app to search for it.
  4. Once the code shows up, write it down on a piece of paper or anywhere you like.
  5. Power off your device, insert some other carrier’s SIM card and reboot your device.
  6. Now the phone will prompt your for an unlock code.
  7. Write the code you previously noted down and wait for the SIM unlock to happen.
And if you are successful and your code is right, you will now have a SIM unlocked Samsung Galaxy S II.

HOW TO INSTALL ANDROID FROYO 2.2 ON XPERIA x8

B4 u get starte make sure u backup of your phone,
After backing up your phone then you are all set to begin the installation of “Android Froyo’s Custom ROM”. Follow the steps for installation of Froyo on your phone.

   1. Create a new folder on your desktop
   2. Now move the downloaded “Android Froyo Custom ROM” to the  folder.
   3. XTRACT The Custom ROM USING WinRAR.
   4. Connect your  X8 Phone with your PC via USB cable.
   5. Select “Open Folder to view files” in the Autoplay box and then click on OK.
   6. Now Go To backup folder present inside the xrecovery folder (xrecovery – > backup)
   7. Copy “Android Froyo Custom ROM’s” folder to backup folder from  folder.
   8. When it’s done, disconnect your phone from your PC.
   9. Switch/Power off your phone and wait for five seconds.
  10. Now Switch/Power on your phone again and as soon as the Sony Ericsson logo flashes on the screen  press N HOLD the back key.
  11. This will take you to the Xrecovery menu.  (This happens only when you have installed xrecovery on your phone.)
  12. Now Select “Backup & Restore”  menu
  13. Click on Restore.
  14. Now you will see 2 files
      1. The backup of your phone
      2. “Android Froyo Custom ROM” file
  15. Select the “Android Froyo Custom ROM” file .
  16.  Select “Yes – Restore”
  17. Be patient, it will take some  time.
  18. After installation has finish Select “Reboot” From That Menu and Press Enter.
  19.  Android Froyo get’s installed on your phone.
